Mother

My mum has brown eyes and short hair, she has ginger, brown and blonde highlights in her hair. When I see my mum I see a caring, friendly, nice, kind, awesome, gentle and loving mum. My mum is inspiring and is always helpful. My mum is funny, healthy and smart too. She has gold earrings and her cheeks are as red as a rose.My mum isn’t just a mum to me she is a best friend too. My mother is so special to me and I will never forget her.

The clock struck 1:00am and it was time my dad quickly took my mum into the car. I got the bags that Mum packed the night before and threw it into the car.

We then zoomed off to the hospital. When we got to a red  light, luckily there were no cars so dad speedily drove through the red lights. We then were at the hospital, my dad got the bags while me and my older sister dorothy was helping mum.

“ HELP!!” I shouted, the nurses came running and took her into the room. We sat outside the room looking at the extremely beautiful city lights, the room then had suddenly gone silent. I then thought that something had gone wrong.

My dad said  that we could come and see our little baby sister or brother. We walked into the room I was so excited, “it’s a GIRL” I whispered. We saw little finger’s and feet “ What is her name” dorothy asked, “Marilyn - Grace”.

Lent

Lent is on Wednesday, March 5 2014 and ends on april 17. Lent is a Catholic Tradition when people are coming together to remember jesus dying on the cross for our sins.

fasting is an important part of Lent. Lent is important for christians because it symbolizes the 40 days jesus spent fasting and praying in the desert.

It is also about preparing for Easter. Lent is all about Easter when we celebrate the rising of jesus. Ash Wednesday is the beginning of the season of lent. Ash Wednesday is when you go to church and get a ash on your forehead shaped as a cross.

Palm Sunday is a day of great celebration. Palm sunday is on April 13 on sunday. Palm sunday is also about when jesus entered jerusalem when palm branches were placed in his path before his arrest on Holy thursday. Palm sunday is the sunday before easter,on palm sunday Christians celebrate when jesus entered jerusalem, the week before his death and resurrection.

Easter is a christian festival and holiday celebrating the resurrection of jesus christ on the third day after his crucifixion.

Last supper is about the passover supper of jesus with his disciples on the eve of his crucifixion.

Narrtive 2

“Come on girls’s, we have to leave now”. Her mum shouted. On a early exciting  morning Jessica and her family went to the airport. They got their tickets, then said bye to their family.

“ I’m so excited”. Rosie said with excitement. They were on there way to Samoa. “ WOW check out these seats”. Rosie shouted. “ They are so comfortable ". They were so hungry so they ordered some waffle’s. “ These waffle’s are massive”. Lauren said.

“We are here”. Mum said to the girl’s. They got out of the plane,they got there bags. There dad paid the taxi. They soon got to a hotel, jessica’s mum got the key and opened the door. “ I’m so excited".

They got in and were over excited cause they got there own room’s. Rosie jumped onto the bed “It’s so bouncy”. “This is going to be so fun” lauren shouted.

Rosie got out her phone and took pictures with her sister’s.

“I’m going to meet up with my friends”. Mum said, she left off with her husband. The three girls were hungry so they ordered some water and pancakes. “ WOW look at the size of these pancakes” Lauren said.

She then took a picture, they started eating. Rosie’s mother came back and asked them if they wanted to go to the beach. “ Yes”. They all said. They got ready and walked to the beach, “ Wow there a huge waves”. Lauren said with excitement. “ Can we go their first”. Jessica begged her mum. “ Okay”. Mum said.

“ WOW, look at these kayak’s mum”. Lauren said. Lauren’s mum brought three kayak’s for Lauren,Jessica and Rosie.

Later on they pushed there kayak’s into the sea, Lauren and Jessica wanted to have a race to the biggest mountain. Rosie, Mum and dad took a boat to the biggest mountain.

Lauren and Jessica suddenly started screaming, they saw one of the most scariest things they had ever seen, it was a SHARK “ AHHH ”. Lauren screamed her lungs out .

“ HELP ”. Jessica shouted, Lauren’s kayak flipped over and the shark had bit her leg. The shark then swam off. Lauren’s mum came swimming as fast as she could.

They carried her carefully and laid her down onto the sand. Luckily mum had a first aid kit with her. Rosie couldn't stand looking at Lauren. Dad wrapped her leg, lauren then started screaming. “ It hurt’s”.

A few hours later they got to the hospital . The doctor told her parent’s that it’s okay. They got back onto the plane. “ I’m never going back there”. Said Lauren.
