Silly Story
On
a wonderful day at school I went to the Library. I was walking with my
friends and we walked into the Library. We were looking for a book but
we couldn’t find a good one and we kept on looking and looking. A lady
said “what are you looking for?”. “We are looking for our favourite
book” we replied.
The
kind old woman showed us a very cool looking book and we opened it and
there was a ginger bread man inside. The gingerbread man started to jump
and started to walk out of the book. We got a jar and and closed it up,
while me my friends moved back.
More students came to see what was happening. The Gingerbread man came out of its jar and I grabbed him while he started to scream. I lay him down and he started to cry. He said “I miss finding treasure”. I said to him “why don’t we find you a book”. He replied, “how about ‘I spy’, that is a wonderful book. It has a lot of treasure that you can find in there”. “Here you go” I said as I past it to him. “Me my friend’s need to go now so we we will see you next time” I said to him as we left. The last I saw of the Gingerbread man was him sitting in the Library reading.

Diggity
Pt. 4 No. 1 , 200\
1) Put a word that means to same as the bolded word from the
Thesaurus in the space.
I knelt beside/next to Diggity. He made no effort/move to get up. His neck was a pulpy mass/pile of blood, and his rib cage rose and fell unevenly/not the same. Dad scooped/pick up him into his arms and staggered/ unsteadily walked up the beach. Mum and Lucy were already in the car with the hatch/boot up and engine running. The vet said Diggity had lost heaps/lots of blood. The outlook/sight wasn’t good. When the phone rang/ringing later that evening, nobody was in a hurry to answer/respond to it. But Diggity did survive.

My Holiday
My family and me were celebrating my baby sister’s baptism in the Holidays.
One morning, my mum started to tell us to get ready. Soon we rushed to the car to go to get to church. We got there and my mum forgot the candle because we were rushing.
My dad was still at home and so my mum picked up her phone and asked my dad to get the candle. Finally he was there in time for the priest coming with the oil. My aunties, uncles and cousins were all watching.
Father put some oil on her head then he blessed her and said “Have a lovely day”. It was a lovely ceremony. We went home and had a big barbeque, it was so yummy.
After that we went inside our house and started talking to our cousins, they were so funny. They started laugh then we waited for my mum, she was taking pictures with my gorgeous baby sister. Some of my aunties and uncles had to go so we then said good bye.
